Lot entitlement reports provide a review of a body corporate’s lot entitlement schedule which determines how paid levies are apportioned. We will analyse the current entitlement schedule and provide a full analysis with a recommended schedule of entitlements based on a number of factors which may be appropriate for the scheme.
Generally, we apply the equality principle which is our methodology for deciding contribution schedule lot entitlements which states lots included in a community titles scheme must be equal, except to the extent to which it is just and equitable in the circumstances for them not to be equal. Our reports may be used as part of evidence in a submission to QCAT, if requested by the commissioner for an order.
