The management contract usually allows for the agreement to be reviewed periodically to ensure fair compensation for the duties carried out under the agreement. So often is the case that the terms or wording of an agreement are ambiguous which can lead to disputes or disagreements.
To accurately determine fair pay for a fair days work, requires in depth knowledge and practical understanding of the actual duties required to maintain the property to an acceptable standard.

We conduct ongoing and extensive research into pay rates for the various duties undertaken by the manager and present a schedule that accurately reflects the duties and pay rates.
It is assumed that the manager or any persons undertaking the duties, is reasonably capable to operate effectively and efficiently. The report is not a time and motion study in that the purpose is to clearly assign a dollar value to the duties carried out by the manager.
