That is not a marketing line, it is the practical problem. Activity happens inside timber, behind linings, under slabs. By the time there is something visible in a common area, the colony has usually been working for a while.

How often should a scheme have a termite inspection?
More often than most committees think, and the right interval depends on construction type, climate and whether there is a history of activity in the area. We can advise for your building.
Is this different to general pest management?
Yes. Termite work is assessed separately because the risk profile and the consequences are different. General pest management deals with cockroaches, rodents, birds and similar.
Does an inspection cover inside lots?
Scope is agreed when the work is quoted. Common property is the usual focus, and lots can be included.
Can you inspect if there is no visible evidence?
That is the better time to inspect. An inspection with nothing found still tells you something worth knowing.
